The Gacha
The 100% RTP gacha — the fairest on the market, because the team takes no cut. One pack. One hundred dollars. One authenticated, graded Pokémon card — rare or better, guaranteed.
The Gacha opens after token launch. Every pack will resolve against the live vault population with published odds and VRF-verifiable draws — 100% RTP, and the team takes no cut.
The house takes nothing.
The market pays the edge.
Cards enter the gacha pool at ~85% of market price. A pack that pays out $100 of market value cost the protocol ~$85 to stock. That ~15% sourcing surplus isn't kept — it buys back and burns POKESTR.

Odds are fixed at draw time and drawn against a finite, disclosed inventory — the live population of every rarity class is published, so the 100% RTP calculation is independently checkable against listed market comparables. Draws resolve via commit–reveal with a verifiable random function (VRF): the house cannot re-roll, and doesn't need to — it doesn't take a cut.
100% RTP is an aggregate expected value at intake pricing, not a per-pull guarantee: most pulls resolve to Rare, and card market values move after the draw.
